@Hidi #TOPGUN , I am an Australian Scout, and Unfortunatley, we have not had a scout hat as part of our unifrom for over 15 years now (* sniff sniff *), but we still have a neckercheif. What's even weirder, is that this one is almost the same as my troop's one (Red & Yellow stripes with blue backing)

I've always wanted something Scout-related to wear for Scout class.

If you want to make a uniform, I'd suggest keep the necker a separate item, while the shirt, and shorts (Don't forget knee socks!) are unique items, thus making a set. While this does omit a hat, I wouldn't consider that a major problem since many Scout oganizations around the world don't include hats as a mandated uniform piece anymore.

That's the other tough part about making a 'uniform' set. Each country has radically different unforms, and they constantly change from decade to decade (Unless you're Boy Scouts of America). Personally, I would stick with classic elements of the Scout uniform, most notably from the British Scouts, as that is where Scouting originated. Classic elements include, the tan shirt, shorts, and knee socks.

Pretty cool just because it's relevant but still very nice work.

That's actually a pretty cool idea. I was a scout since pretty recently, and for a team color-y bit, maybe have the khaki of the Boy Scouts for Red, and maybe Blue of the Cub Scouts for Blu.
