I think it's a global problem in post-socialist countries, since theese buildings are often connected with the regime most of people dislike. I'm watching a FB page "Ukrainian Modernism" where they report a destroyed heritage almost every week. What a shame!

Здание, вдохновленное реальным зданием из Праги.

Настоящий «Трансгаз» был построен между 1972 и 1978 годами. Архитекторами были Вацлав Аулицкий, Иржи Эйзенрайх, Иво Лоос и Йиндржих Малатек. Этот брутальный комплекс был центральной отводкой трубопровода Трансгаза. Он состоял из двух административных башен, диспетчерского здания (в котором были компьютеры) и коммерческого помещения (не входило).
