the reason why the parasitism 2 is missing is because you still need to find the DNA.

when you start the game and you select CARRION or the GTOY Xmas DLC you need to scroll further down and select the mod. sometimes it may take a while for it to show up in the list.

For those like me, whose keyboard doesn't have a working tilde key, you can change the setting out of game in your settings.json found at %AppData%/../LocalLow/Phobia/Carrion/_steam_[your_steam_id]/settings.json

Change the "console_hotkey" to something like "F1" or any other key you're not using!
