Yes, v1.10.4 didn't affect the mod at all, I just haven't bothered to change the "1.10.3" to "1.10.4" in the descriptor file.

I worked out a fix: uninstall the PDX launcher (via control panel), then delete a bunch of files in users/____/Documents, then verify the integrity of the game files

Hey so um its still not working. i unsubbed/resubbed, uninstalled/reinstalled the game, validated the game cache, cleared the game cache and restarted the PC but nothing works. Do I need to manually change or install anything for this mod, or am I just cursed?

@Comrade_HellFire Nah I don't care about Asia, the band sucks so the continent prolly doesn't but I just am not invested in Asian history at all unless its India, or Indonesia. So there probably won't be a state rework for Asia, from me at least.

I opened your mod in debug mode, and there is a TON of map errors, you need to go into the nudge tool and re-apply the unit positions and 3d building positions :P other than that as someone who also has made mods with a lot of repeditive stuff i can appreceate the time and effort you put into this, it looks awesome!

Lmao really? that's insane , all I did was make more states in Afrika. It's really shit too I didn't actually fix the strategic regions, I just made new ones where states mixed together.
