Can't believe I didn't click on this before, what a unique effect!

To say the least I am a huge fan of the absolute scene this effect displays. I just think it could use a little work, first being that killer roaming around

His movement looks rather uncanny and low-quality, the way he floats around looks like he is being dragged by a cursor across a screen.

I think he should fade out of the effect and back in rather than being there the entire time, then I think he should have a walking animation and slowed down.

I would say add some more smog around the edges to make it seem more like some kind of memory or thought
