Many thanks.
Will try to test over the next day or so
in your initSettings.sqf
lines 22 and 34, change the true to 0
And then in line 10, change that to 1
I'm afraid that part is a bit beyond me so I'm just passing on what I've been told there....
It does work in single player though.
We think that the CBA settings mean that the server can't overwrite players and players can't overwrite server settings so no settings can be changed from the default
A brilliant mod just got better!
Thanks again.
Many thanks
Would you consider adding an 'auto show' for each time a bead it ticked over?
In reality, because you'd be counting your own paces and ticking the beads over yourself, you'd know exactly when you'd cross these milestones yet you need to either permanently show beads or check very regularly to get this info.
My boy, if you enjoy realism as much as I do, it is important things like these exist. Sure, you may not like it, but that doesn't mean you need to blab on about it. :)
It's not realistic and it doesn't mean anything at all, it's ridiculous ... this mod has no interest in existing, you reassure yourself.
For you, maybe. It is better for people who have disabled icons on maps for realism.
Its a quick visual reference tool for if you need to accurately mark out your distance travelled without pulling out the map every 10 minutes to back-azimuth your route and sketch out how far youve gone. Handy little landnav tool, and not one i expected to see in arma. Subbed just for the nostalgia of shitty ruck marches and hamburger feet.
For everyone who's wondering what this is:
