A really fine adaptation. The only thing that could make it still better is a setup script, since placing down and exchanging the individual components based on the chosen expansions can slow down the start a bit. And it's pretty handy if you just wanted to quickly shuffle things to get a different tile layout.

One very minor issue I noticed: The additional set for the fifth player is missing a scoring marker by default. You can still get one by duplicating the player marker and shrinking it, but might be nice to have one out-of-the-box.

Could you be specific to what is upside down? I imagine its the Bag images. If you want to see the rule just pull out the rules from the bag and you should be good to go.
