Your right Teemo, I posted early and meant to come back and correct myself, but forgot. It wasn't a problem with the mod.

I'm sure this mod cant cause any problem to your game. it's a very simple mod that changes the effects of cunning, This kind of mod can only work fine or doesn't work if something conflicts with it.

Causing my game to CTD on launch.

@Green Raven I don't think the AI ​​will let the heroes with the highest cunning stat command the army, so to be fair I let this bonus is the sum of all 3 heroes. And the 300% plus maximum is not too much.You might have noticed in the Vanilla the distant factions almost never meet each other. If you play the faction of Sun Ce, you will almost never meet the faction of Ma Chao until the end of the game, that's boring.

This is pretty great, maybe limit it to when "commander of army" instead of "this army", to balance it out.

this is a really awesome change imo and it makes sense as they'd be strategizing the most effective moving of their forces. This is also awesome because I use the give authority gives ammunition mod (albeit much less than cunning) and give commanders access to siege units mod (except for tiger tanks), which I originally downloaded because commanders felt utterly useless aside from being administrators. So this makes the strategist more distinct and meaningful to have. Now I get my jack of all trades commander and have strategists be useful aside from economy buffing.
