so you can try to set the building size larger to cover the whole route of the shark and may solve the problem,i guess...

Poor swimmers can't seem to get away, poor shark, can't seem to catch them.
If you could make one that travels up and down the coastline, that would be so cool!
Another option would be to make it a boat that could be used with Empty Marinas to give it a path to follow.
