it work but when i go thirdperson i cant rotate my crosshair only my character

why didnt you did bindtoggle "f5" "thirdpersonshoulder; cam_idealdist 90.000000" you can than change to first person whenever you want

If you play on a modded server that enables it, then it would work perfectly in versus

If that happens just open the console, paste and enter this. bind "f5" "thirdpersonshoulder; cam_idealdist 90.000000"
