I see, Figured it out. Used Wouldubeinsta's Fmod Bank Tool on Github and it did what i wanted. Thanks anyways for uploading this and the other stuff!

I dont quite remember, but I had to extract the files themselves and then extract from those files the sounds, I think it had to do with FMOD, fsb files. That said, Im not sure if ALL files were extracted though, there might be better ways / tools today.

The panoz sounds might be shared with another car. Or the method i used didn't extract properly, who knows.
