remember that since v0.720, you needn't control player yourself in rts mode under cheat mode,but the rts key press is change to key-n.you should click n to use rts mode like red alert or dota, and click n to close,but the rts mode still have two kinds to use key- m to switch.

1.rts模式切换按键调整为正常战团控制模式ctrl+f5切rts1（即玩家中心旋转镜头），rts1和rts2（即屏幕范围可平移）模式按m可互切，rts1和rts2模式按ctrl+f5均可切回正常战团控制模式。
2.加入技能cd变化的ui效果和剑刃风暴的持续时间（暂时模糊和恒定所有技能的CD数据）修复剑刃风暴的伤害范围。
3.设定当前英雄的头像和技能图标与实际相匹配（之前均统一用dota2剑圣的）。
4.小地图改为dota2版本。

1. change rts key control settings：
click ctrl+f5 to switch into rts1 mode under normal mode，
rts1 and rts2 mode can be clicked m to switch either，
click ctrl+f5 to return normal mode under rts1 or rts2 mode.

2. add cd ui effect and add jugg q-skill 's channel time ,fix jugg skill-q's no hurt bug.

3.make hero and its skill's ui image to change with different hero you choose.

4. minimap changed as dota2's minimap.

now you must enter camp to enter settings menu.
you should select your culture as dota2 or lol or war3 or red alert(this better not select) in settings menu, and then you can choose different hero. and then leave settings menu, you can play the last hero you choose in any fight.
it means as well that click u to switch hero is cancelled this settings and you must choose hero in camp settings menu.

增加血蓝条ui，修复玩家缺少八个装备时会使即时战略图标发生闪动错乱的bug，增加英雄联盟5v5的地图，在进入任意场景时按右ctrl键即可切入英雄联盟的场景进行测试观光。

a bug be cared：
if your player's 8 item equipment is not full，my rts UI will be a mass.so now you must equip all 8 items. later day after national day，I will fix it.
some fight mode that provides your equipment can also make rts ui a mass without other solution but till when i will fix it after national day.
一个bug须知:
如果你的玩家的装备八个格子没有填满，那么我的即时战略战斗界面图标就会产生混乱闪烁，所以务必保证玩家带入战场的装备八个都填满，国庆节节后我将修复这点。
此外像竞技场模式潜入模式等等系统会抹掉玩家原来的装备赐其他装备导致自己8个装备不全的也会出现如上即时战略图标混乱闪烁的状况，这个就没有办法从玩法层面上规避了，也是要等到国庆之后我来修复这一点
