fails to load

Also with me ... failed to load into a new started city.

I have tried 3x and it fails to load. I have tried deleting it and resubscribing. Starting a new game, turning off PC and restarting steam. I continually get a Failed message. So I am not sure what is up if it works OK for you. Maybe it is conflicting with another asset that I use. Anyway, thanks for checking it!
