just make the blue diplo one a little more vibrant rather then the dull grey looking blue

ok this would be good if you could make it so certain UI would be certain colours rather then every thing just being 1 colour it would be great.
e.i military related UI be red, diplo be blue, etc.

Hey man, if you have time could you make a guide to UI modding? Your themes look great and I'd like to try my hand at it as well, but figuring out which files in the folders are which elements on the screen feels super overwhelming.
