@Ollebolle, thank you for the update, although I do have one suggestion with regards to the amount of states needed to form the Roman Empire, I was thinking adding Constantinople and the Megali Idea as also being required.

Or after 'Claims on Turkey' you could add the Roma national focuses, I prefer this option.

New focus ideas:

- Egyptian conquest = Claims on Cairo, Alexandria and Marsa Matruh against Britain
- Protection of Rome = Bunkers around and in Rome.
- Unleash the Legions = Daily war support 0.10%
- Western conquest = Claims on France and Spain
- Germanic war = Claims on Germany.

It is based on territory expansion, just what the romans wanted.

If you choose 'Italy First' You could add the Roma national focuses

I remember from 'Long live the Tsar' mod that it has a pretty nice additions to create the roman empire.

Perhaps you can add a 'Praetorian Guard' focus which grants war support and recruitable population factor 1% more.

Also, make it an requirement to take turkey so you can rename Istanbul to constantinople
