At first I would take something like that, and then put the pieces together in a different order to make "equipment" and stuff like that for a tileset. Think outside the box.
It gets easier the more you practice because eventually you can chop-shop your own chop-shop. Meaning for future sets I already have chairs, computers, etc. as templates, and it's easier to make more, like a snowball rolling downhill.
Also you're free to use my stuff for whatever you want and you can feel free to use it as a chop shop to experiment if you want.
