The only unusual item should be the conductive plate, which is the blue square. It works the same as a cube button. But I recommend you play the remake instead because it's MUCH better than this test.

Ill be honest i dont understand anything about this puzzle. it has elements that ive never seen in a portal 2 chamber before. So yeah im completely stuck. But i really dont want to watch a walkthrough! Any tips? :conwayshrug:

@Gabriel Bacon, thanks for playing. You played this test about a week before I plan on remaking it. But I am glad you played it early and found that exploit so I can fix it in the remake. I like the puzzle but I hate the geometry, lighting and especially the antlines and beemod glitches (like the cubes getting stuck in the dropper).

I liked it! I'm embarrassed how long it took me to get the first cube, and then, as usual, it got even harder lol. I kept getting stuck but made progress until I cheesed my way out (new exploit?). My "solution" did nag me though so I ended up going back later and finding the actual solution, which took me another 20 mins, you got me twice with the same trick!! . Cool architecture too, I really adore compact & visible maps like these. A bit buggy with the droppers though & a built-in save game would've been nice.

Blind run

I really enjoy your levels, they are extremely challenging (for me at least). I just watched your solution, and what I realize is that I often forget to look at simple things like placing a cube in the free space behind the green fixxler because I'm caught up in the more complex things.

You solved about half of it. Don't be afraid to look at the solution video if you are stuck, that's why I include them! Also, I appreciate you going through my tests and leaving blind playthroughs!

Well I tried! As always, I think I was one step away from the exit! Here's my run: https://youtu.be/3oDJLc5fFqE

I approve of your solution lapicidas, its cleaver enough

An interesting and tricky one. Liked to play it.

Do you know that it is possible to push a cube through the green fizzler from behind if it is too close to a portal surface. It's similar to the grit glitch: https://youtu.be/b7-IOJtaLrU

But even without this glitch, I solved the puzzle differently than you did: https://youtu.be/fYOR2Z_v6iQ

I'm glad you enjoyed it! I noticed that exploit but I didn't experiment with it enough to see if its possible. Thanks for letting me know I'll fix it.

Nice laser-shuffling puzzle! I like the use of the "cube-only" style portal surfaces that were raised by a tile. Took me a minute to realize why they were useful. It was also a bit spooky to see my laser suddenly disappear halfway through the test before I realized what was going on, haha. A couple of the shots (1:03 in the video and the portal shot shortly afterwards) were tight but everything else felt reasonable. I don't think it's really a useful exploit but its worth noting that you can aim the laser from the room to the left of the entrance into the receiver in the room across from the entrance by putting a cube very close to the fizzler and bypassing the ledge presumably meant to block the angle.
