its annoying as hell but really immersive

I have tried this mod in multiple cities including Markarth and Solitude, unfortunatlely it has no effect when I wear the dark brotherhood armor.

@valek thanks mate, I'm sorry but I already unsubscribed because when I changed to my db gear outside view of city guards and changed back to my normal clothing they would still come at me and make me pay 500 or 1000 gold. Even tho they never saw me wearing the armor, nice mod tho, I did enjoy it for the couple of days :)

Does it work with mods that alter the appearance of shrouded/ancient shrouded armors?

Is there a chance that npc's are seeing my character as a DB member even without the armor? Because I'm getting mobbed straight out of helgen, and yielding won't work.

Its not working. Is it beacause of the Hidden Identity mod?

the bounty does not seem to go away after I take the armor off. Not sure if it is because I am using a custom race or not. The bounty applies but does not come off. Any idea why?

like just the armour or the full set?

I appreciate the costume shinannigans, I hate the Dark Brotherhood, but even I know the Dark Brotherhood is recognized throughout Tamriel. They may not just come up to you and challenge you in your face. Same rule of theft. If you are a part of the Guild to the knowledge of the guards, they still wait in the wild lands of Skyrim to arrest you.

I don't know about this for the shrouded gear, but the dark brotherhood robes should definitly have these effect... something about having a the dark brotherhood colors and a giant black hand on them; but hey I don't know maybe lots of people walk around wearing dark robes with a touch of red being covered by a giant hand; I mean that sounds like a totally normal outfit to me.

+Wolf600 There is a mod on Nexus called wearing faction armor causes agression, it basicly does that and a bit more.

Is it only the armour? I think it should be the whole set. Still, clever, thumbs-uppening.

not getting it for this playthrough but it's a great mod, but what about shrouded robes.

It's a cool idea, but what if you're not an assassin but are wearing the armor, like after completing the destroy the dark brother hood quest? Other wise, great idea though.

I think this was smart, because if your trying to hide your face from people, a guard should know your gonna do something evil. Then when you tell your the Thane, they lock you in jail. That would make perfect sense.

Nice idea, but the Dark Brotherhood is one of those things they shouldn't know, it doesn't seem very fitting. Also, if they see you while your taking it off, it should be clear who it is.

You should add a letter the first time you unequip the DB armor a guard comes up to you and gives you the thumbnail in a letter. :) Great Mod!

@DarkForceFilms i think you have commited crimes before when you have uneguipped DB armor, so that might be the reason why guards are like ''Stop right there u criminal scum''

umm i dont know if im just stupid and did something wrong but... i kill with the armor on, take it off while nobody can see me, and when a guard sees me he/she will do the "by the order of the jarl stop right there" line. did i do something wrong?

It doesn't effect Ancient Shrouded Gear.

its a really nice and immersive mod for assasins and thieves, it is a great idea and i hope you make more mods that enhance our gameplay

It would be really cool if the guards chance of saying "Psst, hey. I know who you are. Hail Sithis." was increased whilst wearing Shrouded
