Sorry I couldn't really help you, but I'm glad you got it working!

I had to delete the Media-Fire file and re-instal the: shotgun skin and the script a few times . It's working properly now.

Then I really don't know. Maybe starting up the game again will work, I really don't know.

That's weird. I don't think that mod had a script included, either. I actually used it for a while, it worked fine with this script.

There is a problem with the script. The script you got is missing the L4D1 arms.
