Still works (more or less) on todays build!
I have been running it with all (accept the newest one) the DLCs and a ton of other mods, its surprisingly smooth. However I noticed 3 little things: Somethings dont work with Prepare Carefully(like eye color, hair color ect) I cannot open the DEV spawn menu, and the youglets are constantly throwing errors when navigating. Game still runs well enough for a scenario though. Love this mod, thank you!

The Scenpart is used to enforce some of the yinglet-related game rules, though I may change how that works in a future update when I get my free time back.

Customization in both Prepare Carefully and Character Editor is mostly not operational cause of internal complexities. So yeah, you're likely to get your pawn irreversibly fucked up while trying to change a haircut.

are there nest boxes or is that yet to be implemented. its also useful knowledge to know that eggs need to be 31C to prevent freezing otherwise a fantastic mod.

Growing plants, hauling things or even flipping switches is an insurmountable task to children. Wielding firearms however is perfectly doable. Tynan said so.

I have four yinglets on a ship from Save our Ship 2, and have assigned the newly hatched Bablet to be the security officer. We shall have the smol one manning the ship weapons during fights, because it's fine

from what i seen currently there seems to be no issues with the missing dlc's, incase i do spot something i'll scream into here

It is not supposed to hard require them so report if something goes wrong due to their lack.

it seems like the mod requires royalty and biotech but the mod page doesnt state it needs them, i'll see if it works without it but first look it seems to be fine?

There is never such thing as perfectly stable version and perfectly clear code. Especially when it's code getting into another man's code. "Strange behaviours" does not mean unplayable. It just means things can get weird sometimes as we're trying to fix issues faster than they fucking appear.

Watch the hell out for strange behaviours - updating this damn thing two versions up couldn't have gone smoothly (and well, it didn't). Bug reports are appreciated. As long as they are related to yinglets, of course.

i just saw this mod get updated... i'm so excited to play it again. i played this race in my modded playthru years ago and they're so cute. so happy to have them back

Thank you!! Do you happen to have an OC? I could add their hairstyle to the rotation with the update if you want, and I've got something in mind for generation that might make that even more interesting - just DM me on Discord or message me on Steam!

I'm also gonna make a thread for suggestions for how gameplay or immersion could be improved. Please let me know what you guys think, I'm gonna have to rebuild a lot of the code for compatibility and there are few better times to make changes like that.

I'm having some tough times that're making it difficult to focus on this as much.

i went back to 1.3 just for this mod and it is soooo cute! i love the little goofy yinglets, and hearing that it might come to 1.4 eventually makes me very happy
