because you have to focus on their skills, and also in the profile of each "staff" > check the information (i mean inside SOMEONE, what you see is already the profile, the next thing to check is the information and im not talking about the scout skills and or how well he does another kind of job, not that window called profile, i mean "Information") have you ever check that? i guess yes, but how often?

Hi Costinha, thanks for posting. I have noticed that it claims someone is a 5 star coach. You hire thme and then it says they are not a 5 star coach. Any ideas why that would be?

work for me finally, but like matr1xwolf it's not so accurate.. FM génie scout is much better even if it's more binding to use (back to windows - back to game - back to windows - back to game) but the idea of the 5 stars is very good.. if some one could make a FM genie scout & 5 star view it will be amazing

Costinha this coach i already have employed he IS a five star goalkeeping coach. When i use your view & apply a filter (Goalkeeping, DDM) he only appeared as a four star. Nice little view but i won't be using.

i'm on a mac as well and am getting the not valid for current panel..i've done the how to but have not been successful..any ideas?

matrix maybe he's young..... also. coachs gets better year after year with the courses they make. also your coach needs good DDM. (Determination Discipline Motivation).

And i can tell you that there isnt always 5 star staff and or if you find it its probable that you could not sign him. So welcome to real life

Works for me on windows 7. Not going to use. I think the forumla for calculating star ratings is off. My 5 star training goalkeeper coach only appears as a four star in this view.

Not working for me on windows, using Steklo V4 skin. Tried to import the view to no avail.
