Activate the developer console to use impulse 100. Steps;

1. Activate developer console.
2. Enter the command sv_cheats 1
3. Enter command impulse 100
4. (Optional) Enter command bind <key of choice> "impulse 100"
The ""s are important because without them, the bind command will not work.
