Yes, both mods work. By the way, if before turning on your mod I had 10,000 gold at the start (thanks to SFO, without it it would have been 5,000), now at the start I have 35,000 gold. It is worth mentioning this cash bonus in the mod description.

Simply "Feyd's Campaign Cheat Mod" changes some of the same values for the player, but for the whole campaign (not limited to the first 25 moves). Compatible, I would call a situation where the bonuses (from both mods) are stacked up in the first 25 turns. And with 26 turns and later, only Feyd's Campaign Cheat Mod is valid.
