This mod is useful and I am using it for my beginner villages. That said, I find it unfortunate that heating is needed.

it still could cost a bit more to build IMHO; just a few bricks and woods;
I also think that you need small and cheap buildings like this one to help small villages, but not that much cheap.

It is unbalanced on purpose to correct issues with small villages not being viable in the base game. Mods like these give villages a fighting chance.

unbalanced because only requires groundworks to build
