I honestly forgot its been nearly 3 years since I made this, what I barely remember though is that the UV maps wrapped around the textures in unexpected ways where they just reversed instead of snapping to the opposite end of the texture like a torus. I don't remember what I did but if I were to guess I mirrored the textures myself to mimic that weird UV mapping effect, which SFM can't do.

how did you make the textures because they have this strange mirror effect on them that the original textures don't have, causing me to have stretched and warped textures when trying to import another kart texture
