Waits until fuel runs out in order to not waste any fuel

I don't remember which one had priority when both are supplied tho

How does switching the turbines over to high octane fuel from HECF work? Does it wait until the fuel meter is empty (and not allow high octane fuel to be added until it is empty) and then take it, or does it switch dynamically?

that's why you can configure both HOF and HECF in the mod files
"HECFBurnTime (default: 30)
HECFDividesPPSBy (default: 8000)
HOFBurnTime (default: 45)
HOFDividesPPSBy (default: 4000"

Does this add high octane fuel as an option to the turbine, or replace its use of HECF?

HECF = High Energy Composite Fuel
HOF = High Octane Fuel
