Yes but the uniforms stats are defined inside of the code of the AI Units that you would normally put down. It would be possible to duplicate the uniform and have one balanced and one with integrated armour however this is not the goal of Gear Rebalance.

How do you mean on lots of serversNATO and independent can put on CSAT uniforms And they work just fine

Koger, sadly no as the explosive resistance and ballistic protection are tied to the units themselves. Like I said, I will look into adding Vests for CSAT

Can’t you just make some Bluefor variant Frag suits Just duplicate versions of what already exists so AI would get the normal stuff and players can choose to have the Frag suits

I see, that makes sense. Thanks for replying!

Scippie, I recommend against using this mod for the Vanilla Campaigns / fighting against the default CSAT Units because, as you rightly point out, they now have the same armour as other units. This mod is especially useful for balanced PVP or for when you as player want to use the uniforms/equipment against a mod faction.
While an understandably annoying workaround, simply giving the CSAT Units a different vest would fix this.
I might look into replacing CSATs' vests, but no promises as of now.

Does that mean that CSAT now doesn't have any body armor? I don't remember them having any armored vests. If so, then you just killed CSAT.

Ah I see. I got tripped up a bit by the description.

Well, I actually lowered CSATs armour values, not raised NATOs.

Good stuff. It's nice to see NATO get some armored uniforms too, especially since they exist on a far greater level than CSAT's armored pajamas.
