If you downgrade the shield, you will get more CPU to play with, and you can put in constructor, food processor and stuff :) I see what you mean, constant repair of early game SV is a part of the game. Hope it turns out good with your rebuild :)

15 is perfectly acceptable, lol.

I often find myself in game settings where there just isn't enough resources to make a T2 CV on my starting planet, and the enemies are way too dangerous for a SV without a shield to even risk hunting for materials abroad. (or sometimes the SV shield is gone so fast, it could well not exist)

I prefer my CV to come without growplots these days. I'd rather add them later, or hope for a large space to stuff an IW Modular growplot!

@Charlie Bravo glad u like it :) and @Tarsis Thank you! Actually, i did build it as a lvl 10 starter first, with t1 shield, constructor and grow plots. The reason i went with unlock lvl 15 on this build is because i feel CPU T1 is to low for a starter CV. And i don't like to publish vessels i never would use my self. So instead i went for a special purpose CV. If i should use this as a starter myself i would upgrade it to T2 and fill it with way more stuff. I might do a starter edition of this later on.

It's nice, but a lvl 25 T1 CV seems at odds with itself to me. You *do* remind us it is the shield, which I'll downgrade to try it out as more of a starter CV. There are enough drones around now that going shieldless is crazy talk though.
