I have a build that uses a large engine and your co0ntroller, what changes do i need to make?

For some reason I cant get my engine to exceed 2 RPS and its not properly starting, it is cranking though.

Using this to learn about Microcontrollers. I have made a starter and i tried to "copy" yours but removing everything having to do with the starter. But without your starter part, the boat won't start. gets stuck at 3.96 RPS or about 296 RPM. Any ideas? You seem to have a better grasp than me!
