if the mod is correctly installed [ask Steam to reinstall it] then the problem must be another mod overwriting the Court GUI

from the Court Interface, nearby your heir there should be a bar, if not there it means you are also using a mod that overloads that GUI

I'd say bad luck, we don't have any particular event about it
0. We reduced the amount of opinion to just 25/-25
1. No max value [means you can get +200 and -200 with the same country, but realistically only +50/-50 per fair]
2. They last only 10 years [so shouldn't overlap between fairs since each they have at least 10 years cooldown]
so let's say best RNG possible
First Fair:
+50 [cause they accept your invitation and you accept theirs]
Second Fair (less than 10 years from the first)
+50 [cause they accept your invitation and you accept theirs]
which means the max it would be either -100 or +100 per country
But the median would be -50 or +50 per the duration of the fair [if the banquet is created etc]
No such event the mod...

if the mod adds new provinces inside existing areas/regions
- then it should
if it changes vanilla provinces ID
- you might have an event about the province of Naples firing for La Plata
We might have fixed a few here and there obviously, nothing is perfect, but we do acknowledge for it to create the less friction possible.

Sorry for the wrong Report, but I was looking for a culprit, but fyi there seems to be some hickup with the development points mod that is made for EE

1) When did you observe this bug, from startup or?
2) This mod does not interact with the voting system, the one that does it is Holy Roman Empire Expanded
Though I found an Issue with europa expanded, this somehow breaks the HRE voting. Thought maybe I inform you :) I will also inform the EE dev.

You might find that some events could be misplaced due to the generated tags and religions
We have no "more fun missions" window in the mod

There are no events about the Angevin tag in this mod nor changes to any vanilla event
The "automatically" is based on:
- level of Legitimacy Equivalent, Corruption and other static modifiers
- Chosen idea groups etc.
The Hereditary government types instead have the whole process
- once heir reaches 5 years old you can choose education
- every X months there will be events about education [improve, failure, etc.]
- once heir comes to ruling you will see the effect of the Education
Now the problem would be with the M&T changes to map etc which might make some events "misfire" :D
