It says it's from zelda. so it may only be used for fan games and free games

These certainly look like exact rips from the rom(s)
if so, wouldn't you be liable for a copyright strike, if you monetise your release, using them?

ALttP GBA has nothing to do with Minish Cap. They're two different games. Unless you mean to tell me that there are ALttP tiles in the Four Swords part of the game (which wouldn't make sense since they're two different graphical styles.)

Oh, you must mean A Link to the Past GBA. But that still doesn't explain why there are ALttP tiles in a Minish Cap tileset.

There is a Zelda game for the GBA
where the two games come to seeds. Unfortunately only in multiplayer playable
