This mod uses the original Ellis model for the Special Infected.
If the Special Infected are invisible while using this mod, it is an error caused by the Last Stand update changing the Survivor models.
This pre-Last Stand survivor model collection should fix the issue:

I once made a similar non-quality mod but Ellis replaced the common infected, and my first mod was just "John Wick suit for Nick" but with the face and body textures swapped.
