You can get him unstuck by luring him through the tall window.

I know about that, but there's nothing I can do to update the mod.
It still won't let me upload anything.

There is a glitch where when the neighbor goes to sleep and when he wakes up, he gets stuck on the side of the bed and can't move.

The yellow key is in the same room as the yellow lock door. Search around the room.
