as you enter Riverwood from Helgen, the big wooden barrel is on your left. This is a very nice package and looks great on a female character. Nicely done YROARK.

It is located in a barrel outside the enterance to Riverwood as as you are walking on the road from Helgen.

I can't seem to find the barrel can you be more specific?
TenderNipz 31 Mar, 2015 @ 2:56pm
make it upgradeable -_-
DraeneiXirena 24 Sep, 2013 @ 11:07pm
exactly how strong is this armor? is it comparable to daedric or dragon?

You should code it to be given after killing paarthurnax. but that might conflict with the paarthurnax dilemma.

You could just gain more smithing/enchanting levels and make the regular blades armor better.... don't really need a mod for this. I mean, you can hit the armor cap (570 or so i think) with nearly any amor set, if you're good enough at smithing/enchanting. and if you're a character type that uses heavy armor, you're probably investing in smithing as well.

Rated up. Thanks for the Blades gear and weapons! Now I dont have to wait till completing the quest with Delphie to get it from Sky Haven Temple Amory; plus now I will have a second set for my follower. FYI - In my previous game play, I enchanted my Blades Armor to 40 health, 20 archery, 30 one handed attack, and 30 carry weight.
Thx!

True, but you can find the potions in the game. Fortify smithing VI, Fortify Enchanting VI. Fortify smithing items are always found, so are alchemy ones. 25% is not an uncommon item to find in mobs, merchants.

The only difference is by stacking potions/items you can push the maximum by a few percentage points.

Can't improve these.

Please make producible at a forge so my followers can also have it
armando.dinorcia 15 May, 2012 @ 3:28pm
How about setting them up to be produced at a forge.

@Tick I prefer not to boost like that :)
Holy_Salmon 14 May, 2012 @ 11:14am
@Icec0ld Improve the first set past 567 and get full damage reduciton. I can make any armour in the game past the 567 it just takes powerful enough smithing items and potions.

Once you hit 567 you get the 80% damage reduction. You can't go past that.
SPARTAN1540 13 May, 2012 @ 4:19pm
can you forge this armor? if not then you should make it possible to make yourself.
Icec0ld 13 May, 2012 @ 7:00am
@Tick it's a single player game. The only thing that "hurts" a single player game is when the the (one and only) player isn't having fun. Said player also dictates what is fun :)

Subbed btw. I loved the blades armor Too bad it was useless or outdate by time you could get a set.

You can max out your smithing and enchanting without a cheat ring. I maxed my alchemy and smithing to 100, and began overloading my skill by pushing alchemy equipment up with enchantment equipment etc... Once you max out your crafting equipment and potions through several cycles you can boost armour ratings up to the low 1000's (totally redundant as armour MAXES out at 567 and no further benefit can happen past this number.

Swords well... with enchantments and smithing past 100 from equipment I do in the ballpark of 1000 per hit, and I have 100% spell immunity and when any spell is cast on me it also recharges my mana pool. I also have huge HP regen and HP boost.

A ring just lets you max your shit out before you've put the time in, which hurts the game I say.

@AngelGraves13 Thanks, I don't really like having to do anything other than play for the story. Your ring idea is nice in that it would give you the boost without removing the smithing / other crafting from the game. Elegant idea I may fiddle with somthing similar maybe only 50% instead of 600%.

To each their own.
AngelGraves13 9 Apr, 2012 @ 1:02pm
I just made a ring that improves Smithing 600% and made all my armor in the 500-700 range. Weapons are in the 230 range for swords.

This is nice too though, if you don't want to overpower yourself.
