You have to use landscape editor for this. It can be accessed thru cheat menu, which can be accessed thru combination of C+H+E on keyboard.

Can you please make another free version for realistic mode? Because there is no footpath, and it will be total mess if such small decorations require resources for constructing.

Tx for the mod!

I transformed it into "User Buildings Elements" (personal use) so I can use it making my own buildings with the game editor. Maybe you can use the idea to release some of your mods in that format too...

Ну даже статичная вода хоть как-то разнообразит города, они станут живыми, а то без фонтанов и водоемов они как бы деревни со зданиями. Без асфальта дома вообще торчали на траве.

Могу, но вода будет статична. Нет способа реализовать анимации или применить шейдеры воды к модели :)

Пока нет способа анимировать текстуру. Использовать шейдеры от воды тоже нельзя, они крашат игру. Формат моделей, доступный сейчас для импорта также не поддерживает анимациию (:
Я ищу возможные способы использования других форматов, но никаких гарантий.

Отличный мод! Но большая просьба, добавить длинные клумбы, на манер заборов - шириной 1 клетку, длиной 1, 3, 5 и 10 клеток . Очень не хватает для оформления центральных улиц и проспектов
