Yep - that was it. Looks like a couple graphics overhauls decided to add images with the same names for some reason. Removing them sorted it out.

Aha - that could be it. I do have the new UEP installed that came out today along with a couple others. I checked my files for conflicting file names, but maybe I missed something. I'll check again! Thanks :)

@Darkstar, I just checked and the mod is working good for me. I have the Underworld DLC. I only played a little bit, so I didn't go through every icon, but Shield plus a bunch of the other icons are showing up fine. Do you have any other mods loaded? I don't see how there would be a compatibility issue, but thought it worth mentioning.

@wabbit, some icons no longer work with the new DLC (Shield for instance). Would it be possible for you to update this mod?
