Report a translation problem
1. Long practice sessions should be last 90 Mins not 30 Mins
2. In race weekend, maximum 13 dry tyre compounds allowed per race weekend, not 20 dry tyre compounds
3. Pit lane speed limit is 80KPH, not 100 KPH
4. 1 point is awarded for fastest lap during the race, NOT for qualifying
5. Points are awarded for finish in top 10 in the race(winner receives 25 points, the second-place finisher 18 points, with 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 and 1 points for positions 3 through 10, respectively)

What has most likely happened is you don't have the additional files added - the Resource assets and Assembly C Sharp file. That or when you load a save the assets aren't loading properly - to fix this go to start a new career and back out and load at the name section.
Could you help me with the issue that when I add the mod after a career is started the tyres become overlasting ones. Their lifetime doesn't match the race lap count. I hope you could help me with this one.

I dont know how to deliver the mod to folder
Occasionally drivers will wear the same type of tire in a race instead of using two types of tires.
Can it be fixed somehow?
For the penalty, the mod didn't change any of this from the base game. Sometimes stuff like this just happens. Are you sure it wasn't a time penalty that was added on rather than a penalty for illegal parts?
Also, the new 2021 Manager mod has been released and builds on this mod with improvements.
The drivers don't get better. After each race there's the list with x% gain on each possible skill, but nothing really ever happens to the net value of the skills as such.
One of my drivers got demoted 4 ranks for a "non allowed part" even if the scrutiny check went through without any findings.
BTW: Great work on this mod - i really love it :-)
