oh, that explains it i use mod which make shovel unlocked from start.
i use builder to unlock recipe an it dont crash y not switch to that is there reason to use blueprint instead?

Could you try the mod without any other to see if the issue persist ? Then try with the previous mods one by one until the crash triggers again so we figure who to ask for a fix
Anyway, if it's the Rosalina mod after all that, well that'd be surprising cause I'm not experiencing this issue yet.
