Anyway, here's how to install it manually:
1) Open ...\POSTAL2Complete\WorkshopContent\-2134239292\Maps (no idea why mod ID is negative, but that's the reason why it doesn't shows up in game)
2) Copy ws-FotoStudio.fuk file
3) Paste it to ...\POSTAL2Complete\Maps

P2 workshop is broken, you won't be able to see any new mods or maps in workshop menu.
The only way to play is manual installation until RWS will fix that but I'm pretty sure it won't be anytime soon.

where do I find this map. I know that I have to press new game and then click workshop map, but when I do that I cant find it! plz help me!
