The .pak file is the format of the file you submit to steam as a workshop mod. Like I say there, that mod of yours should include your .jpg file in that folder path.

Exactly the same name you add to your config file to load a map is the one that you're gonna use as your .jpg file name.
I assume you haven't set up different maps in your server before or you would know this

officially no, as this was made with islands and canyonlands in mind.
But as you can see in the mod's description there's instructions to make it work with custom maps

Have in mind mFramework is not an accessory mod, IT'S ABSOLUTELY NEEDED for Amalgarmin to work.
Now with that out of the way, I would start discarding variables, start a test server with just mFramework and Amalgarmin and then start adding up your own mods till you find which one is conflicting with mine

well you have to make a mod to include that command, the vanilla game doesn't have something like that

Do you know what the command to spawn the items is? I was trying to add it to the host.cfg but can't for the life of me figure it out. You should add a simple way to spawn with the GPS (if it's possible)

you can find it in the world ofc, but yeah, if you have a command to spawn items the entity classname is SCAAMAmalgarmin AFAIK

How do you actually get the item in the game? Is there a way to spawn it or do you have to find it in the world?

I have no idea, as I have no chatcommands in my mod, let alone one with the same name as your admin command to replace it

Sorry, I should have been clearer. Other items such as ammo no longer stack when spawning them in. I/E !give Pile_556x45*30 only yields one bullet. I'm not trying to spawn in AmalGarmins.
I tried loading the Admin Mod last and it didn't help. It works fine when yours is disabled.

The amalgarmin is not stackable

I'm running this admin mod 2217434939. It allows me to spawn in items, which works even with your mod installed. The catch is, when yours is installed, I'm unable to spawn stacks of any amount other than 1 piece. Any ideas?

i still get the survivotrons, cannot find any gps of this mod. I also use the terminal and i need the gps mod for coordinates

can this mod be used on maps/servers as a player, not just a host? I mean, I want some GPS features in my gameplay but I'm not hosting any servers. Is there a way to have your mods and use them as a survivor on a server that is created by someone else or official?

Sometimes it won't switch on, but if you put it into your pocket/backpack, then back to your quickdraw slot (5 or 6) it'll work again.

ok, so for anyone else having issues with this mod, i found that if you have the amalgarmin equipped and it shows a black/blank screen, switching the slot that it is in will allow it to work (ie from 5 to 6). if you switch off of this item to something else, you then have to reswitch the item to the other hotkey slot.

it does work, its kind of hokey to use but it does work

so i found one of these but when i go to use it nothing happens at all, the character clicks the button but the screen stays blank. i checked my hosting.cfg and it is correct, any idea

I'm working on it, I identified why it happens and why it wasn't a thing on my tests yesterday on my server or the Apocalypse one, trying to find a solution.

Whatever you changed last night - it kept several modded servers from their players being able to log in. We all got to Synchronizing world state - then we would hear water and crash to desktop. Since yours was the last mod updated - we removed it and the problem vanished. Happened on a few servers - theory is maybe something is taking too long to load or its a mframework issue. If you get it fixed ill try reinstalling

But I have a small suggestion? store the Item in the backpack or clothing, not in the slot 5 or 6 before logging out, I have the impression that those who get white screens are people on which their machines manages to load the inventory before the modded UI script is loaded, so it's trying to load an UI that can't be shown yet, and that produces an error? Idk, I'm just throwing out random Ideas because I'm really out of them
