I did find that straight away, but it just gave me a heal option, which I used. I checked the box again later and then it gave me the option to pick it up. All done now.

You have to find and absorb the insulin. That's the little box in the picture.

Hey Maui, I'm just at the military base down south where the guys are who were attacking IDAP. I've killed them all as far as I can see, but nothing else is happening?

Ach du meinst " enable Holster Weapon" im Ravage Modul. Ich mag das nicht aber bei der nächsten Mission ist es wieder drin versprochen.

Danke aber was meinst du mit es gibt nicht genug Platz für eine Waffe hinter dem Rücken für einen schnellen Lauf?

I think you mean they too many different guns in different calibres and if you take two rifles, than you are over load and can not sprint. Or you mean the Dual Weapon Mod for a second rifle?
