The IMI Desert Eagle MK XIX is chambered in .50AE. This looks similar to the Makarov PMM semi-automatic pistol.

if you want a guy to hold onto a weapon move the desired object close to your subjects hand then hover over the hand, then tap F or right click and click "activate" incase you didnt know
