This road has 1 lane 1 way for road traffic ( cars, bus and etc.) and 2 lana 2 way tram tracks?

Hi, I've received this error tonight from the Loading Screen Mod and I'm not able to load a saved game. 3L-1W Tram road with tree You have 3L-1W Tram road with trees but it does not contain 3L-1W Tram road with tree. Name probably changed by the asset author.

Changed the type of road, added a new rail texture, untied from DLC Mass Transit
