what about Portugal and Spain? also as far as ive seen the Turkish AI is too dumb to successfully restore the ottomans. they always fail to and get stuck democratic.

I think it should be, but you have to check it (just see if germany is going for rhineland). If they'll go, only minors will go alternative

No, it works only with vanilla focuses and "Road to 56" focuses if you have rt56 version (link in description^)
