@Malata the Alyx Headcrab mod changes the headcrabs, not the zombies or even some of the headcrab corpses, this mod changes all of them, the main reason you'd want to use both is because the other mod makes the headcrabs higher quality Alyx models while this mod only changes the color, using both is the best option seeing as we don't have a mod that changes all headcrabs and zombies

it's not even hard to port this to gmod, you literally just drag the textures and models to gmod, it's not even called a "port", it's copying and pasting.
