@Malata the Alyx Headcrab mod changes the headcrabs, not the zombies or even some of the headcrab corpses, this mod changes all of them, the main reason you'd want to use both is because the other mod makes the headcrabs higher quality Alyx models while this mod only changes the color, using both is the best option seeing as we don't have a mod that changes all headcrabs and zombies

If this was ported to Gmod I'd download the hell out of it even though I'm not a fan of reskins in Gmod this would be an exception due to its pure quality alone
