Sound is not controlled by either MUSIC or SFX settings. Had to mute my entire game to control the volume of the "Yay". :shrug:

confetti. goes well with googly eyes. now we only need a mod that makes all characters and enemies wear a party hat, and THEN it'd be perfect.
