1. Subscribe mod
2. Go to steamlibrary where you install the game.
3. Steamapps > Workshop > Content > 236850 > 2136257369 (this mod's id)
4. Copy that folder to Document > Paradox Interactive > EU4 > mod
5. Rename "ugc_2136257369.mod" to just "2136257369.mod"
6. Add the mod to your playlist, it usually don't have the thumbnail.
7. Voila, it somehow worked for me (and bunch other mod that I have this bug where the mod doesn't activated)
The downside is everytime I update this mod, I need to copy and paste the inside folder of step 3's 2136257369 to the one I move on document.
The cheat menu is not appearing in the decisions tab?
@Clark: Lookup where you installed directory of EU4's Workshop (mine is E>SteamLibrary>steamapps>Workshop>content>236850) then search 2136257369 (this mod's ID) and search for either in decision or event.
Turns out the AI is somehow finding it's way through accidentally opened cheat menus into the Nation and Government decision where they select the option of changing their ideology into a tribal government
Thus after a certain point of taking the decision, they will suddenly implode on themselves as a result of selecting the decision.
They behave as the normal nation at first but because they switched to a tribal government, it only becomes a matter of time before they end up dissolving like the many tribal migratory nations in the New World
But yeah make sure to turn the cheat off when you switch tag since the AI can use it to extreme degree like making themselves gone and/or changing government type every single day.
@Lucius: Are you 100% sure its this mods? coz I play with this mod (combined with bunch of other) for thousand of hours and haven't got a bug where country suddenly gone.
But just in case, make sure when you use the decision command on other country to turn if off again in decision tab.
@MEEPBUD: Limit number? probably not, +20 is more than enough.
@Xmasterology: That's seems caused by corrupted mods, try unsub then subbing again.
@Stefan: Thanks for the advice, will try it when I have time lol.
@Vilhelm_I: I think it was Leviathan update that the freeze up popping lot of time, the update really hurt performance even on a high-end R5950X PC.
@Toxry: Open Cheat > Government > Modifier > Unrest Reduc.
@bobmonkeyd: Try unsub this mods, verify game then resub and see if that fix it.
I think it actually only causes issues if you tag switch, then it seems to break.
