thats right - itß s a bug. I fixed in my local version but didnt bother uploading the fix, I think one of the laser weapons generates income, If I´m not mistaken it was the pistol.

There appears to be a problem. The retail laser weapons seem to have the same buy and sell cost, so in the end I would just lose some alien alloy.
