On mod selection screen, once you move your cursor to the left edge of screen a list will pop up. Select Mafham mod from the list.

this skin would be absolutely perfect if it had follow points because follow points are the secret OP cheat for this mod

Nice skin, perhaps violet combo color is a bit too dark when playing on a totally dimed background :x
